Acrylic base sealer
Seal 902 Alkali-Resistant Sealing Primer is formulated from specially selected acrylic polymer emulsion and additives. It provides good adhesion and penetration, allowing it to penetrate into the wall surface to deliver alkali-resistant sealing performance. It also improves the adhesion between the top coat and the substrate, helps prevent peeling, and offers a certain degree of water resistance.
Seal 902 is suitable for use as an alkali-resistant sealing primer before Lycal 319. When used together, they form a practical coating system: Seal 902 serves as the primer and sealer, while Lycal 319 provides the final decorative or protective top coat.
Suitable Applications
Seal 902 is commonly used on:
- Concrete walls and floors
- Brickwork
- Cement render
- Plaster surfaces
- Stone and masonry facades
