Epoxy encapsulation resin(Low viscosity)
Two component low viscosity liquid epoxy , has good chemical- resistant, superior electric- insulation characteristics, and thermal stability, and good flow.
Advantage:
– low viscosity, good flow.
– Room temperature cure, or very fast heat cure.
– Shelf life over one year for separate component.
– Low stress on encapsulated part.
– Low exothermic system are available.
Use for End filling capacitors; encapsulating coil; transformers; and electronic part.
