Transparent water repellent agent
WR225 is a clear formulated alkyl polysiloxane solution to provide the protection against water penetration and self-cleaning coating for substrate. It is able to quick drying on all neutral and alkali substrates. This means that the beading effect is noticeable with in few hour of application. It possesses high penetration power in all standard materials and high water penetration resistance by capillary action. It is very slightly change in material’s natural porosity and color. Outstanding weather resistance and easy to clean after coating with WR225.
It is designed for the water repellent penetrates and chemically reacts with all cementitious surface, protecting them against water penetration, allowing them to breathe. It will not discolor even after long exposure to sunlight. It is excellent weather proofing sealer for concrete and masonry.
