Transparent Water-Repellent Agent
WR225 is a clear alkyl polysiloxane solution. It protects substrates from water penetration and forms a self-cleaning coating.
The coating dries quickly on neutral and alkaline surfaces. You will notice the beading effect within a few hours of application.
WR225 penetrates standard building materials deeply and resists water by capillary action. It changes a material’s natural porosity and color only very slightly. The finish also offers outstanding weather resistance and stays easy to clean.
WR225 penetrates cementitious surfaces and chemically bonds with them. The sealer blocks water yet still lets the surface breathe. Long sun exposure will not discolor the finish. Use WR225 as a durable weatherproof sealer for concrete and masonry.
